Usually, office relocation means commercial dilapidation clauses demand you leave your old office space exactly as you found it. We can help with this as well. We ensure that our plans incorporate a detailed schedule of dilapidations, should they be required, and obviously, our team will carry out any work relating to the dilapidation clause with the utmost care and attention to detail.

We can deal with supply, installation, removal and logistics of furniture all within our clients set budget.
